Staff were so helpful and friendly couldn't help us enough, even though they were really busy. Good advise and pointed out option based on our questions. Offered test rides was really helpful when making our choise. Even though it an hour journey for us will be back for the service. Thanks guys appreciate your time. 😁
I have received absolutely outstanding service today. Very rarely do i compliment but i felt i wanted to after my experience..After purchasing my new bike at Evans cycles Cheltenham , 3 days later i got a puncture. Its bad luck but its life i thought. Not having a clue how to fix a puncture i got it fixed at the nearest bike shop( not evans) and was told that there was problem with the rim. I contacted Evans Cycles and spoke to David S , who was extremely helpful and understanding . He booked my bike in for it to be looked at. David rang me and said there was nothing wrong , the mechanics had checked both front and back wheels. Im delighted there was nothing wrong and i am so pleased. All the guys at Cheltenham store were so friendly and knowledgeable but have to say David S was exceptional. Highly recommend this store.

Ordered 2 x MTBs though the cycle scheme and the sat ff went above and beyond to accommodate. Due to unforeseen circumstances my order took forever to be processed but the lads kept hold of my bikes for nearly a month. Would highly recommend the shop and service.
Very helpful and friendly. Rory new his stuff and ensured I was making the right decision. Thank you to him and the team

Visited this morning as the wheel of my double buggy was flat and needed a new inner tube. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - fitted and pumped up a new tube there and then. He was brilliant with my children; let my toddler help pump it up and gave him a super cool wristband to take home which he has worn ever since! Friendly, knowledgeable, competitively priced and there is free parking! Highly recommended
I'm glad I went to Williams to buy my bike. Staff there gave me lots of time and showed genuine interest with NO pressure for a quick sale. All the staff are interested in their work and are happy to offer you their experience and advice. Great experience impossible to find with online shopping and huge cycle warehouses. Also, knowing that you are supporting a local independent business which values a continued relationship is really important. Would give more stars if I could!
