Had a great time on a Tuesday afternoon, only downside in my opinion was we were made to decide which course to take out of 2. I feel the one we chose was less exciting than the other, which we didn't realise until we were half way around. Well maintained. Reasonably priced. Suitable for all ages.
Went on a Saturday at 1.00pm. The weather was very hot outside and consequently Mr Mulligans was very quiet. Its a great place to take kids. Book online for best prices. Takes about an hour for 18 holes. Restaurant is a bit pricey but there are plenty of places to eat within a minute.

Simple No Frills Gym Experience. Plenty of running / cross trainer machines with separate areas dedicated to weight machines & a free weights area. Classes available, however I haven't tried these to rate myself.
Simply is the first gym I have been to so it's difficult to compare, but I love it ! I book on to Fitness Yoga with Joanne Walker once a week. I need to improve my flexibility as I can't bend past my knees ! She's amazing and although I've fallen over quite a few times I've never seen her laugh at me :) I took advantage of the 30 min PT session with Hollie Chick. She was fantastic and gave me an introduction to free weights. Unfortunately my budget won't quite stretch to funding a PT as well, but I may ask for the odd session just to check my technique in the future. The staff and the people who use the gym all seem happy and the staff are all helpful and on hand to answer questions and provide advice. Luckily you have a Facebook page that I was able to use to find a gym buddy. I would suggest a program of trying to help people to find friends at the gym. It's much easier when you have someone to go with and then you can help support each other.(And kick each others backsides when you can't be bothered to go !) A fantastic place and I'm really enjoying it ! Thanks very much :)

Good place. Plenty of space and equipment to go around. Good sized free weights area. I go at one of the busiest times I would say and still manage to use everything I need.
I had been a member of DW fitness but found the staff so offhand and dismissive, that I opted to change to what is a more basic gym. Since joining, I have been very impressed with the helpful, good natured staff and, despite the extra travelling distance and no swimming pool, I will definitely continue my membership.

I am really pleased to have taken part in the Trimnasium 6 week challenge. I feel so much better, stronger, healthier and even my sleeping (and snoring!) has improved. It was hard work but with the support of the Trimnasium team and in particular the excellent Dale in the gym sessions, I managed to lose 21 pounds in the 6 weeks. You need to be ready to stick to to the eating plan (generally totally fine although going without “treats” on a sunny weekend was sometimes a little tough…but it is for only 6 weeks). You will also need to put in the effort in the gym sessions but, that is actually the easy bit as the team are very focussed on ensuring you are doing the exercises correctly and helping you push yourself that little bit further than you think you can manage - which makes all the difference. If you are looking for a way to restart your fitness regime and rethink the way you eat then I would certainly recommend the 6 week challenge at Trimnasium. Good luck! Neil Wilson July 2018
I've just completed the 6 week challenge and cannot thank Adey, Gill and the Trimnasium Team enough. They challenged me, they drove me, they supported me when it was tough and I cannot put into words the change in me. Not only has my physical appearance changed, but my mental attitude has improved no end. i think more clearly, I am focused and no task is a challenge now. Physically I've lost over a stone, I feel AMAZING! My food habits have changed for the better and for me this is a life long change. From the outset I was made to feel really welcome - like being part of a family. Right from my induction with Shannon who made sure that my technique above everything else was spot on so I didn't injure myself. The team understand that for you to succeed you need to push yourself, but also look after yourself as well. In no way did I feel like I was the 'noob'! Dale's firm but positive coaching was exemplary and James' positive work ethic shone through every session. It really has been a life changing experience! Get yourself down there, sign up, you will not be disappointed!

Great facilities. The recent refurb is on point! I was happy that the toilets catered for the “larger person” as I often have a problem with overlap causing me to end up covered in poop.
A great local leisure center. They have been re investing and upgrading the facilities. It can often be busy here trying to book courts for badminton and squash can be tricky and short notice. The gym is good here though could be a little bigger. The staff are friendly if not a little overworked. There is a good pool with a small spa and diving boards.

Love the facilities here! Everything is so clean and perfect! The swimming pool, badminton and squash courts, everything is just great. Only wish they had more weights and machines though! They started charging £1 each for squash racquets, badminton racquets, balls and everything. I feel it's a little too much when your already paying a monthly fee!
Great gym. Nice little pool, three different gym areas with loads of cardio, machines, and free weights. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel in ideal location near to M5 and nearly half way between Gloucester and Chelt. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Warm reception and trendy bar area with outside area and sun lounge. Restaurant has good variety of food choices and wine list. Spa and gym are fairly small but decent facilities with saunas and Jacuzzi. Nice indoor pool overlooking tennis courts.
Only stayed one night but long enough to know its a lively, clean, well run hotel. staff were very hospitable, room well laid out with ample hangiing space and all the amenities; bed comfy too! breakfast buffet very nice.

Great local rugby club. The senior team plays at a decent level and the junior section is very popular often with several teams at each age group. The club house is open to members and non-members and the bar always has a couple of decent ales and ciders. Good place to watch sport both on the pitch and the TV!
Mediocre spectator areas and changing rooms. Could be better
